Day 9: Santa Fe, New Mexico







Today we drove north to Santa Fe, where we toured the Georgia O’Keefe Museum. This weekend is the annual Indian Market, where more than 1600 Native American vendors come to Santa Fe to sell their art and jewelry. We spent several hours walking around the plaza and surrounding streets, perusing the wares, meeting people, and watching performances of Native American dance and music. We also ate some roasted corn, savoring the sweet and salty flavors. Yum! More food!

As you can see in one of the photos above, we also found the ultimate postcard store. Yahoo!

Oh my gosh, I have had so much fun reading all of this!! It's very impressive. And I am insanely jealous reading this from the hospital- only one more day though and I'll be done with internship too! Keep having a great time!
